MOSCOW - Idaho State Police are working to find a motorcycle rider they say is responsible for causing a three-car crash on Highway 95 Thursday evening.

Police say the wrecks happened near Viola after 37-year-old Jessica Robinson slowed down in the northbound lane to make a left turn.

That's when police say a motorcycle made a an abrupt and illegal pass, causing a driver behind Robinson, 32-year-old Peter Anselmo of Moscow, to slam into the back of her car.

The impact spun Anselmo's car into oncoming traffic, where it collided with a Toyota driven by 67-year-old Diane Starr of Edmonton, Alberta. Anselmo's car then rolled, coming to rest on itS roof.

The motorcycle rider did not stop, police say.

Starr was injured in the crash and was taken by ambulance to Gritman Memorial Hospital in Moscow. No one else was seriously hurt in the wrecks, and everyone involved was wearing a seatbelt, police say.

The highway was completely blocked for two-and-a-half hours. The wrecks remain under investigation, and police are working to identify and find the motorcycle rider.
