BOISE --One of our viewers caught some amazing shots of wildlife in the Boise foothills. They are white deer.

Fish and Game officials says albino deer do exist but they are rare.

Boise resident Mike Muthart says he first saw the deer last week while mountain biking in the foothills, but it was only a glimpse.

So last Saturday I decided to take a hike and get some sunset pictures, and no sunset, but as I was coming back out of the hills I see a herd of deer and there's two albino deer, the same two, and I happened to have my good camera with me and decided to take some pictures, said Muthart.

Muthart says he was just north of Polecat Gulch near Dry Creek when he saw the deer.
