A Boise man was arrested Sunday afternoon after police say he pointed a gun at another man.
Officers who responded to the house in the 2000 block of West Panama Street found the victim and 51-year-old Daniel Edward Moras. The victim told police Moras had pointed the gun toward him in a threatening manner.
Investigating officers also uncovered evidence that Moras was selling marijuana. Police obtained a warrant to search the home, and found 88 grams of marijuana separated into about a dozen plastic bags.
Moras was arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail. He has been charged with felony aggravated assault, and felony delivery of a controlled substance, as well as an enhancement for use off a deadly weapon in commission of a crime.
The suspect is currently being held on a $100,000 bond and is set for a preliminary hearing July 7.
