BOISE -- Team Breaking Bald continues to go above and beyond to help patients at St. Luke's.

A group of pediatric nurses and doctors are raising money for the St. Baldrick's Foundation to help pay for continuing research of childhood cancer. To support their cause, 24 members of the team shaved their heads Saturday.

Team Breaking Bald member Kristin Dewey said the event meant a lot to her. I just feel so happy and one of my patients shaved me. It means the world to me that she was able to be hear and to have shaved me this morning.

The gesture is part of the annual St. Baldrick's fundraiser for childhood cancer research, which has provided $100 million for research grants since 2005.
