FEATHERVILLE, ID -- The Trinity Ridge Fire has grown to an estimated 200 acres.

The fire, which started Friday, is burning in heavy timber about 10 miles northwest of Featherville.

Approximately 120 firefighters, five engines, two helicopters, three Single Engine Air Tankers and C-130 MAFFS out of Boise Airport are working on the fire. Additional fire crews have been ordered.

The fire is in a remote area and currently there are no structures threatened. Fire managers believe the fire has high potential to grow quite large due to the very dry conditions in the area, the terrain and the type of fuel it is burning in.

The fire appears to have been started by a UTV that caught fire in the area.
