WILDER, Idaho -- An educational assistant in Wilder is accused of giving prescription medication to students.
Roberta Kondo was arrested Wednesday at the COSSA Academy in Wilder for felony delivery of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Canyon County Jail.
Police say the drugs may or may not have been sold on campus.
Kondo was hired by the academy in October and was released from employment at the time of her arrest.
The case was investigated by the Parma and Wilder police departments, along with the Idaho State Police Narcotics Units. School officials cooperated in the investigation.
She was arraigned on the felony charge Thursday afternoon and will appear in court later this month.
