BOISE -- Boise Police detectives are releasing more surveillance photos of a man who robbed a local coffee shop on April 5 in the hopes that someone can identify him.

The robbery occurred shortly before 1 p.m. at the Human Bean at 2100 South Broadway Avenue.

This crime victimized a local small business, was extremely frightening for the employees who were robbed, and understandably has shaken the neighborhood, said Sgt. Mark Barnett of the Boise Police Violent Crimes Unit. We're hopeful these new photos will create new leads in this case and help us locate this suspect.

The new photos show what the suspect was wearing, as well as better views of some of his facial expressions.

The suspect is a light skinned man, possibly in his 20s, about 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10, a thin build, weighing 130 to 150 pounds and clean shaven.

He wore black pants and a black hooded sweatshirt with long, white strings hanging from the hood and a white insignia or writing at the bottom of the back of the sweatshirt that appears to be unique.

Anyone with any information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
