BLACKFOOT, Idaho -- Bingham County prosecutors said felony charges of forcible sexual penetration by use of foreign object will be dismissed for Anthony Clarke and Tyson Katseanes.

Deputy Prosecutor Randy Smith said the decision came Tuesday afternoon, following review of one victim's testimony.

The victim could recall multiple incidents, but upon review, could only clearly remember forcible sexual penetration on one occasion, said Smith.

Clarke and Katseanes were charged last month, along with three other former teammates at Blackfoot High School, in alleged assault incidents related to hazing.

Prosecutors said Logan Chidester and Nathan Walker will still face two felony counts based on accounts from other victims, and their charges related to this victim, will be amended to misdemeanor battery.

A juvenile involved will no longer face a felony charge either. It will also be amended to misdemeanor battery .

Chidester and Walker will appear in Bingham County District Court on Wednesday morning for a preliminary hearing on the felony charges.
