Fire Bill: Sent in Error?

A massive fire in downtown Jerome destroyed a city block on April 30, 2013. Shortly after the fire, the city sent the owner of the building where the fire started a bill for $97,000. A day later they took it back saying it was sent in error. The 7 Investigates team began looking into why the bill was sent in the first place by checking public documents and emails from city and fire officials.
