NAMPA -- Preparations are underway for Wednesday's memorial service for Greg Poe, the world famous aerobatic pilot.
Poe died of a heart attack last month at the age of 57.
A memorial service is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Idaho Center.
It will include a special presentation of Poe's Elevate Your Life program, which has encouraged thousands of young people to follow their dreams and stay away from drugs.
The service will close with a special aerial tribute to Poe performed by his closest friends and featuring Poe's trademark ethanol-powered red plane.
We're told it will be inspiring and first ever presentation of what's called Missing man, Found man fly-by.
The public is encouraged to attend the service.
