BOISE -- The Idaho Attorney General's Office is asking a judge to add conditions to the bail of Robert Hall, the man accused of killing a Meridian attorney earlier this month.
Hall posted bond and was released from jail on Tuesday night.
The Attorney General filed a motion to add conditions to his bail, requiring Hall to stay in Ada County, forfeit his passport, and have no contact with his wife, or the wife of the man he is accused of shooting.
Today, the Attorney General also filed an ammendment to the motion filed yesterday, adding that Hall should not be in possession of a firearm or any other deadly weapon.
There is no word yet on whether those motions will be granted.
