EAGLE -- There's a new push for answers in the case of a horse fatally shot in Eagle last month.

The horse, named Rocket, was standing on the farm where he grew up, when authorities say he was shot by someone with a high powered rifle, just off Willow Creek Road.

The Ada County Sheriff's Office says they are still investigating, but have made no arrests.

Now, the veterinarian who responded to the call, has announced he's offering a $1,000 reward for information in the case.

Woodington Veterinary Services says their clients helped to donate the money that they hope will lead to an arrest.

The Idaho Humane Society is also offering a $5,000 reward.
