BOISE -- The Idaho Humane Society is asking for the public's help finding one of their kitten's, they say, was stolen by a group of teenagers.

According to volunteers at the humane society, it's a dark, male, tiger kitten that had been set down right after surgery with other kittens on a table. That's when volunteers saw two, blonde teen girls and a boy walk in and act as if they might adopt the kitten, but instead, walk right out the front doors with the cat in hand.

Now they're trying to track those teens and the kitten back down. The humane society toldKTVB their lobby is monitored with security cameras, and they will use those to help them find the three suspects.

If you have any information, you're urged to contact the Idaho Humane Society at 331-8550.
