BOISE -- Monday's stormy, colorful sunset was hard to miss if you were anywhere near a window or outside around dusk.

Ghostly cloud formations created pockets of color on the western horizon. Shades of yellow, orange, red, and pink washed the sky in pastel colors. Thunderheads and rainbows offered a unique touch in many cases.

The following photos have been submitted by viewers who witnessed the unique sunset, and also the effects of the storm.
