BOISE -- A Boise man is accused of using a two-foot long piece of wood to attack another person Thursday afternoon.

Boise Police say 36-year-old Jason Cochrane and another person got into an argument at a home in the 3600 block of North Collister Drive.

As the argument escalated, witnesses say Cochrane attacked the victim with the two-foot long branch in the arm and over the head.

The victim was transported to a Boise hospital with non-life threatening injuries, while Cochran was booked into the Ada County Jail with aggravated battery charges.
