BOISE -- There is a new development in the case of the Boise pastor jailed in Iran.
Representatives for Saeed Abedini's lawyers tell us he is unaccounted for in Iran. They say his family usually speaks with him on the phone on Wednesdays, and then visits him on Thursdays.
This Wednesday, they did not get a call from Saeed. Then, when they went to visit him at the prison, they were turned away and told he wasn't there.
During his hearing on Monday, Saeed's lawyer asked him to be moved to another ward in Evin Prison. It's not known if that took place.
The judge has rejected his family's efforts to get him out of prison on bail.
