JEROME, Idaho -- Idaho State Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a driver who caused a rollover crash on Interstate 84 Sunday.

The crash happened just west of Jerome at about 4:30 p.m.

Police say Marcette Makay, of Kimberly, was driving eastbound when another driver used the emergency crossover lane and drove into the eastbound lanes. Makay tried to avoid a collision and lost control of her car, which rolled into the median.

Makay and her passenger, Patricia Makay, of Twin Falls, were taken to St. Lukes Magic Valley Medical Center for treatment. Both women were wearing their seatbelts, according to police.

Investigators are now asking anyone with information on the crash to call them at 736-3060.

The car involved is described as a small, light colored passenger car with two female occupants.
