CANYON COUNTY -- Former Canyon County Prosecutor, John Bujak is again going after the county, this time filing a $25 million dollar tort claim.

His issue with the county, he claims commissioners committed perjury, destroyed evidence, and intimidated witnesses.

This stems from the counties case against Bujak for mis-use of public money.

Bujak is also taking Bryan Taylor, the current prosecutor, to court.

Bujak claims Taylor did not turn over text message records as ordered by the court.

If Taylor was ever found guilty, he could face jail time, or a fine.

The county commissioners declined to comment.
