BLACKFOOT, Idaho -- The final Blackfoot High School hazing case has been resolved with a plea agreement.
Anthony Clarke pleaded guilty on Oct. 11 to misdemeanor disturbing the peace. Four other charges were dismissed.
Clarke was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with all but one suspended. He'll spend a year on probation and has already completed 100 hours of community service.
Clarke is one of five Blackfoot High athletes were initially charged with felonies after reports of hazing incidents during the 2009-10 basketball season, but the felony charges were dismissed in January when one witness refused to participate.
Clarke had walked on to the football team at Boise State, but was suspended when the charges were filed. He is a wide receiver and return specialist at Carroll College in Helena, Mont.
