TWIN FALLS -- The Twin Falls Police Department has released two security camera photos of a man who robbed an Albertsons grocery store earlier this month in hopes the public can help identify him.

Police say around 3:30 p.m. on May 2, a man wearing a disguise entered the First Federal Saving Bank on Falls Avenue and Washington Street north.

The suspect wore a green and yellow hat, gray wig, sunglasses and a brown hoodie-style sweatshirt with an orange t-shirt underneath. He was middle aged and unshaven.

Bank employees asked him to remove his sunglasses, however, the man refused and left the bank.

He was last seen riding away from the bank on an orange and green mountain bike.

About a half hour later, a man matching the same description walked into the Albertsons at 121 Addison Avenue in Twin Falls. The man went to the customer service counter and handed the teller a note which stated he was armed and demanded money.

Police believe it is likely that someone may have seen something that can assist them in their investigation. If you have information about the suspect, you are encouraged to call the Twin Falls Police Department s tip line at 208-735-4357.
