BOISE -- The spring sports season has kicked off, and the Idaho Tennis Association looks to increase the number of tennis players.

This through a 3-year-old program designed to turn 4th and 5th graders, many who have never picked up a racket, into the future Steffi Graffs and Andre Agassi's of Idaho.

The program called TIE, which stands for Tennis is Elementary!
