BOISE Boise Police say a mother and daughter have been arrested on felony drug trafficking charges after they found marijuana at each of their homes.
The investigation began in December after a citizen complained to a neighborhood contact officer that Lisa Wilcoxon, 30, was selling marijuana out of her Boise Bench home.
Officers contacted Lisa at her home and after getting her consent to search the residence, found drug paraphernalia, some marijuana and evidence of marijuana sales.
Officers then went to her parents home in the 400 block of N. Liberty Street. After getting consent to search the home, they found around 1.29 pounds of marijuana stored in two locations. They also found a digital scale and other evidence of marijuana sales.
The case was turned over to Ada County prosecutors for review. Warrants were issued on March 14 for Lisa Wilcoxon and her 57-year-old mother, Allison Wilcoxon.
Both women turned themselves into the Ada County Jail over the weekend.
The investigation continues and additional arrests are possible.
