NEZPERCE, Idaho -- A 2nd District magistrate judge says there's enough evidence to support felony charges against two men from the north-central Idaho town of Kamiah in connection with a nonfatal shooting.

Fifty-three-year-old Doran Eslinger and 42-year-old Harold Smart were bound over to district court Tuesday after a preliminary hearing before Magistrate Stephen Calhoun.

The Lewiston Tribune reports Eslinger is charged with aggravated assault, attempted robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a crime. Smart is charged with unlawful use of a firearm.

A third man, Steven Francis, 40, is still at large. He has been charged with three counts of attempted second-degree murder.

The Lewis County sheriff's office says the shootout took place after several men stormed a Kamiah residence in an apparent attempt to collect on a debt.
