BOISE -- Early Saturday morning Idaho State Police arrested a Boise man after a low-speed pursuit that lasted more than an hour and a half.

Officers with Idaho State Police say shortly after 2 a.m. a trooper attempted to pull over 33-year-old Raymond Hale near the Boise Towne Square Mall. However, they say Hale refused to stop and continued driving at speeds of 10-15 mph until eventually stopping at the intersection of Emerald St. and Wilson St.

Law enforcement from ISP, the Ada County Sheriff's Office and Boise Police spoke with Hale until he surrendered after 3:30 a.m. Hale was charged with misdemeanor eluding, resisting and obstructing officers, second offense DUI, and driving without privileges.
