Ingredients:

  • 5oz sirloin steak
  • 5 flour tortillas
  • shredded lettuce
  • shredded colby jack cheese
  • your favorite salsa jar
  • cilantro
  • salt and pepper

Method:

Cube the steak into 1/2 squares then lightly salt and pepper. place the steak into an oiled skillet on med heat until browned on the outside for approx 2 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes. Heat up the tortillas and place equal portions of steak into each.

Top with cheese, lettuce and cilantro to taste.

Makes 3 tacos
