BOISE -- A man is behind bars accused of calling in bomb threats to a Boise business.

Boise police arrested 52-year-old Michael Scott Fox at his home this afternoon.

He's charged with two counts of false reporting of explosives in public places.

Police say Fox called in two separate threats to the same business last fall.

Back on September 26, about 500 people were evacuated from buildings on the Hewlett-Packard campus after someone left a threatening note in one of the buildings.

Police say they arrested Fox after five-month investigation.

He's being held at the Ada County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
