BEAVERTON, Ore. Reser's Fine Foods of Beaverton is recalling more than 100,000 cases of ready-to-eat products that may be contaminated with Listeria, according to the Food and Drug Administration.

More than 100 different recalled products, which were shipped around the U.S. and Canada, are marked with a plant identifier code of 20 from a salad manufacturing facility in Topeka, Kan.

No other facilities were involved in the recall, and no illnesses have been reported due to the contamination.

Listeria can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in children, the elderly, and people with weak immune systems. People infected with Listeria may get a high fever, headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea.

Anyone who bought a recalled product can take it back to the store for a refund or just throw it away.
