BOISE -- Boise-based company Quest Groups is beefing up their challenge to other business to support those in need in the Gem State.

Quest Groups promised to match donations from business to Cares Day up to $20,000. That goal has already been met.

Now, the company is adding to their donation of $20,000. Quest Groups says they will donate another $10,000 if three other businesses also donate $10,000 each.

ABOUT CARES DAY

We invite you to join us in our Season of Hope - a season long celebration of events and charitable giving bringing the community together through the miracle of sharing. In these tough economic times Idaho's hungry, hurting and homeless are having greater difficulty making ends meet. Your donations provide hope - the most precious gift of all.

The fifth annual Cares Day will take place December 8, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

KTVBwill broadcast live and accept donations at the Idaho Center inNampa,KTVBStudio in Boise, and FredMeyer stores in TwinFalls and Eagle.

All donations will be split among the Idaho Foodbank, SalvationArmy of Ada County, Nampa, Caldwell, and Twin Falls, Jubilee House, Boise Rescue Mission, Lighthouse Rescue Mission, and City Light Home for Women and Children.

We will be accepting non-perishable food items and cash donations to help Idaho families in need.
