BOISE -- New development is coming to downtown Boise.

On Monday a local company won the bid to build condos on 9th Street.

There were six proposals for projects at 9th and River Street.

The Capital City Development Corporation said it was a difficult decision to make, but the downtown renewal group decided to choose local developer RMH.

RMH plans to build 65 condos, along with retail shops and extra parking.

CCDC says in the next three months they will work with RMH on finalizing the building plans.

Commissioners said the look of the building was a good fit for that area on 9th Street.
