BOISE -- The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality announced Thursday that the permit to construct application from Dynamis Energy, LLC is incomplete.

Dynamis is planning on building a waste-to-energy facility at the Hidden Hollow Landfill. DEQ has already approved a pre-permit for construction of that facility, but has not approved the actual permit. The agency now says they need more information and will not continue the review of this project until that is received.

DEQ says they need the methodology used to establish certain emissions, more details about the terrain in modeling area, more information on the emission and exhaust parameters for airborne chemicals, among other statistics.

Dynamis has 30 days to provide DEQ with the additional information to avoid resubmitting the permit.
