BOISE -- Boise police are searching for a man who they say robbed a Stinker gas station early Friday morning.

The call came in around 3 a.m. Police officers say a man walked into the Stinker Station on the corner of West Ustick Road and North Five Mile Road in Boise and demanded cash.

He was armed with a knife.

Investigators won't say how much money the man got away with, but they believe he ran north after the armed robbery.

Right now, officers are just collecting evidence and we're going to follow those leads and figure out who committed the crime, said Lt. Ted Snyder with the Boise Police Department.

No one was hurt. The Boise Police Department is investigating.

The suspect is described as a thin, 6' tall, light-skinned male in his early 20's. He was clean shaven and wearing dark-colored running pants with a red stripe down the side and a dark-colored quilted vest over a gray hooded sweatshirt.
