WEST YELLOWSTONE, Mont. -- The Fremont County Sheriff's Office says rescuers guided to safety five snowmobilers lost on Two Top Mountain along the Idaho-Montana border.

Authorities say the snowmobilers called Idaho officials for help about 4:15 p.m. on Saturday saying they were lost due to white-out conditions.

Rescuers located them using GPS coordinates from the caller's cellphone, and the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office in Montana launched a search.

Authorities say rescuers found the snowmobilers and escorted them to West Yellowstone.

The five Montana snowmobilers included a couple from Helena and three people from Bozeman. One was checked by medical personnel and released. The others didn't need medical attention.
