CALDWELL -- Well it's that time of the year again, time for mud hogs and corn dogs at the Canyon County Fair.
County commissioners and officials gathered together on Wednesday to kick off the 126th fair, that officially starts Thursday and goes until Sunday.
KTVB talked with fair chairman Tim Lowber about what crowds can expect and get excited for this year.
The hogs in mud is a big attraction, said Tim Lowber. From cotton candy to corn dogs, to watching the swine show, the sheep shows, the beef shows...there's a lot of entertainment going on throughout the day, other than our headliners. So there truly is something for everyone.
Lowber says the fair's entertainment includes headlining acts, 38 Special and country artist Neal McCoy.
The fair is expected to be open from noon to midnight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
