BOISE -- It's going to be off-and-on showers for Saturday's grand opening of the new Boise Farmers Market.
Vendors will be set up at South 10th Street and West Grove Street in Downtown Boise. The market will be held every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
KTVB is told the market will include 16 of the Capital City market's original vendors. That group left the Capital City Public Market last year after then-director Karen Ellis was fired.
Items include seasonal favorites for veggies and fruits, as well as cheeses, wine, breads, pastries and more.
Meanwhile, the Capital City Public Market will start its 20th season at its original location on 8th and Idaho streets on Saturday the 20th.
