NAMPA -- The Nampa Health Fest was held Saturday, including 'ask a doctor' sessions, free health screenings, and even free immunizations for kids.

Young health fans enjoyed exploring a model of the digestive track, Wii fitness games, and a reading area.

In the 'man cave', the guys were able to test their fitness level, and also take a quick break for a prostrate screening.

And Women got a mammogram mobile check up for free. Today we spoke to 9-year-old Noe Anderson who said there was also a lot of free fun things to do.

There is a lot of things, and we seriously just walked in, and we already have so many goodies Anderson said.

There was also local physicians in attendance to provide information and answer questions on topics such as emergency, urgent, and injury care, the ideal protein to consume, neck and low back pain, sleep apnea, and more.

The fest held over 50 exhibits, ready to jump start your health with fitness.
