BOISE -- Police say a 54-year-old Boise man was driving a small, private bus when he drunkenly hit a motorcyclist in a parking lot late Tuesday night.

Mark D. Miller was charged with a variety of crimes after police found he was drunk, didn't have a driver's license, provided false information to police officers, and had two credit cards that didn't belong to him.

Police say Miller was driving a small bus at approximately 11:30 p.m. when he turned left into a parking lot, and hit the motorcyclist, who was driving in the opposite direction.

The motorcyclist was not seriously injured, according to reports.

Police say Miller failed several field sobriety tests, and was later booked at the Ada Count Jail.
