CALDWELL -- Police say a Boise man's blood alcohol content was almost three times over the legal limit when he was arrested for his 9th DUI on Sunday.
According to a report by the Caldwell Police Dept., Rafael Martinez-Cisneros of Boise was arrested at approximately 10:30 p.m. at the Sage Travel Plaza in Caldwell.
Officers say they were called to the travel plaza after being tipped-off to a possible drunk driver. Shortly afterward, they spotted Martinez-Cisneros trying to to drive away from the plaza, and pulled him over.
Police say they found an open container in Martinez-Cisneros' vehicle. They also determined Martinez-Cisneros had an active warrant out of Oregon for failure to appear in court on charges of felony DUI.
Martinez-Cisneros was charged with felony DUI, driving without priveleges, open container, and failure to appear in court.
He's currently in the Canyon County Jail.
