BOISE - Police have now arrested three suspects in a Boise home invasion case, that we first reported last month. It happened in the northwest part of the city on April 8th.

Since the break-in, police have arrested three men on three separate occasions.

The most recent arrest was Dale Warren, of Idaho Falls. Warren was booked into the Ada County Jail Thursday, charged with 1st degree burglary.

The other two, Donald Koski and Justin Ackerland, were arrested last month.

According to court documents, prosecutors believe the men met up somewhere on Overland Road and then drove to a home on Pierce Park.

The court documents also say one of the men acted as a lookout in the house, and at least one other man forced his way into the home armed with a gun.

A fourth man, Bryson Garner Smith, is named in the court documents. According to Ada County, there is a felony warrant out for his arrest for conspiracy. Warren, the man booked Thursday, appeared in court that afternoon. His bond is set at $250,000.
