Rodeo week will kick off this Saturday for the Snake River Stampede with lots of activities including a community festival for everyone in the family. The festival will be held at the Idaho Center and will start after the parade in the downtown area. A $5 donation is requested to attend the event and the proceeds will go to the Stampede for the Cure to help with breast cancer detection. The festival will feature lots of activities including a shooting gallery for the children, a chance to learn how to rope and a simulator to learn how to milk a cow. The festival will run from 10am to 5pm and will also have food vendors and entertainment.
