SOCHI - Olympic downhill skier Erik Fisher hit the slopes for a timed training run Thursday.
Fisher, who's from Middleton, Idaho finished with a time of 2:10:52.
Although a training run, the performance is ranked, and can enable skiers qualification for the downhill semi-finals and finals.
Fisher's training run put him in 29th place overall. He has the third best time for an American.
Bode Miller is in first place overall.
