Stampede fall short, lose to Texas 94-92

BOISE - The night after ending Texas' 8-game winning streak, the Legends returned the favor to Idaho, handing them a 94-92 loss at CenturyLink Arena on Thursday.

Idaho (17-26) - who trailed by as many as 13 points in the contest - managed to tie the game with under a minute to go. However, an Antonio Daniels lay-up with 13.8 seconds remaining gave the Legends the lead for good.

Former Boise State standout Reggie Larry recorded his second straight double-double, with 19 points and 11 rebounds. Tony Bobbitt added 16 points, while Antoine Walker (13), Seth Tarver (10) and Mikki Moore (10) all scored in double-figures.

The Stampede play on Saturday in Los Angeles at 7:30 p.m. before returning home for two games against Fort Wayne on March 23 and 24.
