The 2012 NFL season officially kicked off on Wednesday with the New York Giants facing the Dallas Cowboys on Idaho's Newschannel 7.
With that in mind, 21 former Boise State players are currently on an NFL roster. While Chase Baker (practice squad), Austin Pettis (suspension) and Jarrell Root (injured reserve) are not on an active 53-man roster at the moment, Ryan Clady (left tackle, Denver), Daryn Colledge (left guard, Arizona), Doug Martin (runningback, Tampa Bay), Quintin Mikell (safety, St. Louis) and Legedu Naanee (wide receiver, Miami) are all projected starters.
