BOISE--   With every game counting for seeding in the Mountain West tournament, the Boise State men’s basketball team now sets its sights on Air Force.  The Broncos will host the Falcons at Taco Bell Arena on Wednesday.

The Broncos (14-6, 4-3) are coming off a 21-point win at home over San Jose State on Saturday.  With 11 games remaining on the conference schedule, they know that they need to bunch some wins together, but are approaching it one game at a time.

“We've got to get rolling now.  It's going to be important for us to get some Mountain West wins down the stretch, but we got to just take it one game at a time,” senior forward Ryan Watkins said following the win on Saturday.

“We look at the whole forest, but we're focused on the tree that's right in front of us all the time,” head coach Leon Rice said.

Air Force (9-9, 3-4) started out hot in conference play, with wins over Utah State and UNLV.  But the Falcons have struggled lately, losing two straight and four of their last five games.  Still, Rice expects a talented Air Force team on Wednesday.

“We know how they can play, and they're playing some real good basketball.  It's going to be a Mountain West game that we have to be ready for.”

Last year, Boise State beat Air Force at home, while the Falcons returned the favor in Colorado Springs.
