BOISE-- The Idaho Steelheads gave up three goals in the third period and suffered their tenth straight loss in a 3-2 defeat to the Las Vegas Wranglers on Saturday night. The Steelheads looked like they were responding to a 5-1 Friday night loss to the Wranglers when they started the scoring off with a Derek LeBlanc goal in the first period. David Fredriksson added another goal in the second period to give the home team a comfortable lead going into the final frame. But that is when the Wranglers caught fire offensively. Las Vegas scored three goals in the final ten minutes of play to make the come-back victory complete. Idaho goal tender Jerry Kuhn made 40 saves on 43 shots in the loss. The Steelheads will next host the Bakersfield Condors in a three game series starting on Wednesday.
