STOCKTON-- The Idaho Steelheads couldn't shake a two-game losing streak, falling at Stockton 7-2 on Friday night.
In a game that seemed like the Thunder couldn't miss, Stockton tallied three goals in under three minutes of play in the first period. Idaho countered with a Jacob Cepis goal to make it a two score game after the first. But the home team came out the first intermission firing on all cylinders, and added three more goals in the second to just one for the Steelheads. The Thunder added another in the third, which tied for the most goals that Idaho has given up in a season.
Idaho will look to break a three-game losing streak on Saturday at Stockton.
