BOISE-- The Idaho Stampede got out to a fantastic start on Saturday, but failed to keep that momentum in a 106-92 loss to Austin.
The Stampede started the game off on a 12-0 run, with former NBA all-star Antoine Walker scoring 10 of the first 12. But Austin turned that lead around in the second quarter, and took a one point lead into halftime. The Toros opened the game up in third quarter, outscoring the Stampede 29-17.
The loss is the third in a row for the Stampede. Idaho will be on the road next on Thursday taking on the Springfield Armor.
