BOISE -- The Boise State men's basketball team (2-0) will face the Redhawks of Seattle University (2-1) Tuesday at 7 p.m. MST at Taco Bell Arena.
When Leon Rice took over as head basketball coach at Boise State, he had a plan to build things one block at a time.
Now in his fourth season as coach of the Broncos, it's looking like his plan is starting to pan out.
Last year, Rice's Broncos had one of the best seasons ever, and certainly in the last decade.
They got to the NCAA tourney as an at-large. This year they're averaging 113 points over two games, and could be poised for a fantastic season, with all five starters back and depth on the bench.
Rice is happy, but says he will never be content with where his team is at.
"I think we're just scratching where we need to go as what I feel like, and there's a lot of things we continue to grow at," said Rice.
