BOISE -- The Boise State men's basketball team (7-0) will face the Carroll College Saints (4-5, 0-1) Thursday at 8 p.m. MST at Taco Bell Arena.
Tuesday night, the Boise State men's basketball team picked up their biggest with of the season so far. Led by junior guard Derrick Marks, the Broncos beat Utah, 69-67, and notched just their second victory over a Pac-12 opponent since 2004. This also marks the first 7-0 start for the men's basketball team in Boise State history.
After Tuesday's game, junior-standout Anthony Drmic said, "As a team we stepped up and everyone made big plays. We were challenged."
There were 14 lead changes in Tuesday night's game. In Boise State's first six games combine, there were only 10, as BSU's average margin of victory was almost 25-points.
Either way, according to Ryan Watkins, there is little time to savor the flavor. "We can't be satisfied right now, especially not with the aspirations we have."
Carroll College, a member of the NAIA Frontier Conference, is coming off a loss in their conference opener against Montana State University - Northern 57-60.
Tickets for Friday's game start at $11.75 for adults, $10 for Seniors (62 and older) and $8 for Junior (ages 2 - High School). The ticket also includes a ticket to the Boise State Woman's game against Utah Valley University at 5:30 p.m. MST.
Boise State Transportation and Parking Services will offer game day parking in the East Stadium lot and the Lincoln Avenue Garage for $5 per space. A shuttle will be provided from the Lincoln Ave. Garage, to shuttle fans to and from the game starting one hour prior to the game, and immediately following the end of the game.
