BOISE-- The Boise Hawks have come to depend on first baseman Paul Hoilman to generate runs. That was the case once again on Sunday night when Hoilman hit a 2-run homerun in the first inning to give the Hawks a 3-1 win over Everett. The victory ended Boise's 2-game losing streak.
The long ball was Hoilman's fifth of the season. He leads the Hawks in homeruns and RBI's (17).
The Hawks will host the Aquasox again on Monday.
