BOISE--  The Boise Hawks halted a four game losing streak on Tuesday night, beating Salem-Keizer 8-5 at Memorial Stadium.

The Hawks scored in bunches, putting three runs on the board in the third, then five more runs in the fifth.  It was a team effort, as four different players tallied RBI's on the night.

Boise pitcher Willengton Cruz spread six hits over five innings of work, and only allowed two runs in the win.

The Hawks will host the Volcanoes again on Wednesday night, first pitch is scheduled for 7:15 p.m.
